To access the full range of z789 Services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access details with any third party. z789 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You agree to notify z789 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. You may be required to change your password upon notification of suspected unauthorised access.
z789 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the information provided during registration is inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent.
z789 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its compliance obligations. KYC checks may be required at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other time determined by the Platform's compliance team.

All documents submitted for KYC verification must be genuine, unaltered and currently valid. Submitting falsified, altered or misleading documents constitutes fraud, will result in immediate and permanent Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
z789 aims to review KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the volume of requests and the completeness of documents submitted. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. Users are encouraged to complete verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.
To fund your z789 Account, you must use a payment method that is (a) registered in your own name, (b) lawfully available for use in your jurisdiction, and (c) supported by the Platform at the time of the transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including those commonly used in Pakistan such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast transfers and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to change and is determined by the operator's current integrations and compliance status.
All deposits are processed in the currency supported by the Platform at the time of transaction. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) amounts are referenced, these are illustrative. Users should confirm the applicable currency and any conversion rates with the operator before depositing.
z789 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or accounts belonging to minors. Any deposit identified as originating from such a source will be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
z789 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits on Accounts. These limits may vary based on Account verification status, payment method and applicable compliance requirements.
Users may request a withdrawal of available Funds subject to the following conditions being satisfied: (a) the Account has passed all required KYC verification checks; (b) the User has met any applicable Wagering Requirements associated with Bonus Funds; (c) the requested amount meets the Platform's minimum withdrawal threshold; and (d) the withdrawal request is made to a verified payment method registered in the User's name.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, the operator's internal processing queue and any compliance checks required. z789 does not guarantee specific withdrawal completion timeframes. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: (a) any commercial use of Platform Content; (b) downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another person or entity; (c) data mining, scraping, or extraction of Content; or (d) any use of the Platform's trademarks, logos or branding without prior written consent.

z789's total liability to any User, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arose. This limitation applies even where z789 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by z789's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
z789 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time and for any reason, including changes to applicable law, regulatory requirements, operational needs or platform developments.
Where changes are material — affecting User rights, financial obligations, or the fundamental nature of the Services — z789 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address on their Account prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, submit a withdrawal of your available Funds before the effective date of the changes.
